The thigh panel is made of nylon and is attached to the belt and thigh with a single wide strap. Both straps have a buckle closure for easy opening.
The thigh panel is covered entirely with MOLLE-standard PALS loops. A MOLLE-attached pistol holster and a small accessory pocket are included.
