The Golden Eagle 8870 gas shotgun is a gas-operated airsoft shotgun replica with a metal frame and a stock made of real wood. The Golden Eagle shotgun replica is an excellent tool for CQB scenarios.
The Golden Eagle 8870 runs on Green Gas and is made almost entirely of metal. Metal parts include: barrel, receiver and RIS sight rail. The pump foregrip and stock are made of real wood.
The gas is loaded into a tank inside the log through a valve found at the bottom of the log.
The RIS rail on top of the weapon allows for the attachment of various optical sights, such as red dot sights.
The mechanism of the weapon is based on the Tokyo Marui M870 model mechanism. Inside the outer barrel of the weapon there are three separate inner barrels, of which the hokaisen has its own fixed hop-up rubber. The fixed hop-up guarantees a range of about 30 meters with a muzzle velocity of about 92m/s. (The muzzle velocity is affected by the gas model and operating temperature). The weapon fires 3 or 6 bullets at a time. The bullets are loaded into cartridge-style magazines that hold 28 bullets.
