The Warrior Assault Systems RPC Recon Plate Carrier is designed to be a lightweight and low profile plate carrier that provides freedom of movement without compromising protection. The Warrior Assault Systems RPC is designed to accommodate medium and large SAPI and ESAPI stand alone as well as common 10" x 12" ICW bulletproof plates. The RPC vest's interior is covered with 3D mesh, which improves the comfort of carrying ballistic protection plates and improves body heat dissipation.
The Warrior Assault Systems RPC is equipped with ladder cummerbunds that attach to the front of the combat vest with two removable ITW SR buckles. The ITW SR buckles have a combined breaking strength of up to 272kg (600lb) per side.
The vest comes with a removable MOLLE compatible front panel that attaches to the front of the vest with two vertical QASM clips. In addition to the clips, the entire back of the panel is covered with a velcro surface, which ensures that the panel stays firmly in place even in extreme situations with the help of a matching piece of the adhesive on the vest surface.

Warrior product materials:
Fabric
Warrior uses 500D fabric in its products. Made from 500D fiber, the fabric has excellent wear and tear resistance. The solution-dyed fibers are naturally stain-resistant and easy to clean.
Threads
The durability of a stitched product is determined by the quality of the thread used. The primary factors that shorten the life of a thread are mold and sunlight. To ensure the longest possible life span for WAS products, they use only nylon threads produced in the USA that are protected from UV light and mold.
Characteristics of the fibers used by Warrior:
-
- Fiber resistance to acids - good
- Fiber resistance to alkalis - good
- Fiber abrasion resistance - excellent
- Fiber heat resistance - 142 °C (maximum continuous heat resistance before product damage)
- Fiber melting point - 265 °C
MOLLE alleys
The MOLLE webbing on Warrior products is designed to withstand heavy use. The Molle webbing is specced to withstand the following loads:
-
- 25mm (1 inch) breaking load: 544kg (1200 lbs)
- 38mm (1.5 Inch) breaking load: 816kg (1800 lbs)
- 50mm (2 Inch) breaking load: 997g (1800 lbs)
